We offer rustic wine barrels, bar leaners, bench seats, bars, an archway, bench seats, a (one of a kind!) dance floor, entrance way, tables, bar stools, festoon lights and more. These can be used for almost any event you might be planning including weddings, engagements, corporate & networking events, functions, parties, and festivals. All prices include gst and allow for up to 4 consecutive days hire for a single day event, i.e weddings, private parties. Any additional days will be charged at 25% of total hire per day.

For multiple day events please get in touch for a quote.

Unfortunately to avoid damage or due to setup requirements an additional transport charge will be incurred on some items as delivery/collection will need to be carried out by Longacre Event Hire. Please ask for full details.

90cm high hardwood bollards with heavy steel base matched with our 2m ropes make a very attractive way of fencing off any area on any surface. Just keep adding more bollards and rope to make any layout possible. Each bollard comes with 2 steel pegs for added support if required.

Large Festoon Tower

One of a kind! 3.6m high and handcrafted in native timber and rustic steel, these bespoke towers will bring any outdoor area to life. Perfect as a centre pole to drape our vintage festoon lights to the outer poles to create the most amazing atmosphere. Modular for ease of access, with solid base for a stable footing. Comes with pegs for added piece of mind if required on grass surfaces.

Std. Festoon Pole

Festoon Lights

Vintage LED Bulbs, multi connectable, so just keep adding to the string to get the length you require . Bulb Spacing 90cm, 240volt . These high quality LED lights are waterproof sealed which can be used outdoors and create no heat so much safer to use than filament bulbs around marquee walls etc..

Lanterns

40cm Natural wood lanterns with LED battery powered candles that naturally flicker. Completely safe, full flame effect without the dangers of naked flame.
Spread the ambiance! Place them on tables, hang them strategically or can be supplied with black shepherds hooks and hung to light a grass path.
